During Tuesday's plenary session at the Osaka Dome arena, RI President Jonathan B. Majiyagbe and Foundation Chair James Lacy presented the Rotary Award for World Understanding and Peace (RAWUP) to Colin Parry, who founded a trust in the memory of his 12-year-old son and a 3-year-old boy killed in a 1993 bomb attack on a busy shopping center in Warrington, England.
